The Three Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness were 'realised' by the late Sydney Banks (1931 - 2009). These principles explain how the human mind works to create our experience of life. Understanding these 3 Principles is helping to transform the lives of people all over the world.
The 3 Principles apply consistently and universally with no exceptions so it doesn’t matter where you are in life and what happens to you, the human system works in the same way. The 3 Principles don’t prescribe strategies or techniques but simply describe how we are creating our experience of life from moment to moment. The fact is that the more we understand about how our minds work, the more peace and joy we find in life.
The essence of Three Principles Facilitation is a conversation in which I provide signposts to help you rediscover the peace of mind at the heart of who and what we really are.
